QUALIFICATIONS

To get a cabin for two people on the ship

• Achieve at least 2,500 TVP in each month from December 2009 through November 2010 AND…
• Accumulate 60,000 TVP during the qualification period*

OR

If you missed one month or more of the 2,500 TVP requirements towards your cruise qualification you can still get a cabin for two if you:

• Achieve at least 2,500 TVP every month from July through November 2010 AND…
• Accumulate 60,000 TVP during the qualification period* AND…
• Personally qualify AWT by November 2010 AND…
• Qualify 3 or more (non-TAB) AWT members† during the qualification period*

TO QUALIFY FOR VIP TREATMENT

• Achieve at least 2,500 TVP in each month Dec-09 through Nov-10 AND…
• Accumulate 60,000 TVP during the qualification period* AND…
• Personally qualify for Active World Team by November 2010 AND…
• Qualify at least one (non-TAB team) AWT member by November 2010 - the more you qualify, the greater the rewards!†

PROMOTION RULES

• This promotion is open to FQS in the EMEA region only (including Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania; excluding Russia, Ukraine and CIS markets)
• You cannot use the same volume to qualify for more than one Herbalife vacation
• Flights to port of departure not included.
• *Cruise qualification period: Dec 2009 through Nov 2010 (volume months); all AWT qualifications must be completed from Jan 2010 through Nov 2010 (volume months).
• †Note - only the first non-TAB Team AWT member in any line, up to 3 levels deep, who qualifies or re-qualifies AWT from Jan through Nov 2010 will count.

- Reservation made by phone is to be considered automatically confirmed.
- The parking lot inside the port is not covered.

- The cars will be taken by car park personnel, who will hold the keys. The car will be returned to you in port area on the day of disembarkation.
- Parking area is opened only during ship calls.
